The operator contact address is still being finalised, so this page does not print one. Until an address is published here, there is nowhere to send a message and no monitoring of any other channel.
SAFETY
These six items are never required by the product, whoever asks and whatever reason is given.
No password, password reset link or one-time code belongs in an email or a social message.
Venue tokens, API keys, client secrets and OAuth codes are never requested and never needed by a person.
A wallet seed phrase is never required by this product, because it does not run a wallet and does not hold funds.
Statements, tax documents, balances and account numbers are not needed to answer a product question.
Identity verification belongs to the venue that holds the account, not to a message thread.
A screenshot of an authenticated page can expose balances, order sizes and account identifiers.
BEFORE YOU WRITE
Every entry below is a page that reads its state from the running service rather than from a claim.
The service status page reports each provider transport state, its last message and the order-submission gate exactly as the server reports them.
The data-source page lists the provider, venue, unit, source time, receive time, freshness and reason code for every surface it covers.
The methodology page separates live account, market data, practice and backtest values and states when a metric is allowed to be published.
The risk and security page shows the server-side control ladder, the difference between pause, stop and close, and what the product never does.
The terms page covers scope, authorization, the costs charged by the venue and how provider market data may be used.
The privacy page lists the records the product holds, where a credential may exist and what is refused outright.
SUPPORTThis release has no staffed support function and no published response time. Do not rely on this site as a channel for a time-critical request about an open position.
URGENTVenue-held positions and orders remain at your exchange or broker. Their support and their order controls apply even when this software is paused.
